Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Holly likes to say she “chose” to live in Jacksonville TWICE! Moving here in her early twenties, marrying and raising a family prior to beginning her real estate career in Jacksonville in 2008, she knows the area, the value and benefits of living in our amazing city. In the early years of her career, she worked diligently to become a successful real estate agent and a Top Producer earning Leading Edge Society, Honor Society and President's Circle designations. She transitioned into the role of Managing Broker of the Ponte Vedra office in 2018. Understanding the importance of the service realtors provide to clients, the need for real professionalism in the industry and a strong desire to share her knowledge with others while helping to grow agents’ career has been her focus. Under her leadership the office has garnered several awards for tops in the company, supported a culture of caring and productivity as well as consistently and effectively adding talented agents to the team.
